Suction truck services for Keltakangas waste center: Framework agreement with one partner, maximum duration of 4 years starting January 1, 2027, beginning with a 12-month fixed-price period and annual extension options for the years 2028-2030. Contract terms are JYSE 2025 SERVICES; price indexation for option years based on the Producer Price Index (2015=100) E Water supply; sewerage, waste management and remediation services, with a base index point of 213 (2026M07). Price adjustments are also possible due to uncontrollable external reasons and, according to JYSE 2025 Services, point 9.7, no earlier than 12 months after the contract start and with 3 months' notice, requiring the provider to submit a written justification for index/fuel price changes.
