Scanning services for construction files from the building archive: approximately 800,000 pages up to DIN A3 and approximately 35,000 pages (DIN A3 to DIN A0). The exemplary number of folders/subfolders that do not contain the minimum number of sheets includes 10,000 files with 3 registers, separator sheets or similar, totaling 30,000 folders, with a 5% share, 1,500 units (specifics as per the bill of quantities). The contract duration is from award until January 31, 2027. Eligibility criteria include business liability insurance, a minimum turnover of at least €250,000 in each of the last three years, and two references from the last three years for scanning and digitizing a municipal building archive (each at least 300,000 pages up to DIN A3). Required self-declarations are VHB Bund 124, VHB NRW 521, VHB NRW 522, and VHB NRW 523 EU. The award criterion is price.
