Hazardous substance coordination for the renovation and conversion of an existing daycare building and the construction of an extension into a care home: Removal of hazardous substances from the existing building before the start of renovation and conversion work. SSK services for planning and execution are required. Proof of expertise according to DGUV-Regel 101-004 or specialist knowledge according to TRGS 524 and TRGS 519 must be provided. Summaries of two reference projects with comparable measures, each maximum 2 pages DIN A4, are also required. The contractor's project management must ensure personal presence on site within 24 hours if required. Phased commissioning is reserved. The gross floor area of the existing building is approximately 611 m². Construction start is 2029, construction completion 2030.
