Annual ordinary interventions, response to notices within 48 hours (urgent within 4 hours), specific campaigns, initial diagnosis, 10 annual training actions, and epidemiological surveillance of Aedes albopictus and Rattus rattus. Preparation of reports, other documents, and meetings. Excluded are bird pest species (pigeons, parakeets) and phytosanitary treatments for plant pests. Procedures must be based on Integrated Pest Control principles according to UNE-EN 16636:2015; in case of persistent infestation, treatment must be repeated free of charge.
