Locksmith Works for the Nationaltheater Mannheim

Locksmith works: Manufacturing and installation of 5 T30/T30RS steel fire doors, a multi-part door system consisting of 3 double-leaf T30RS glass-frame fire doors and 2 glazing end elements, 11 access doors to shafts, and 9 shaft covers. Inspection and maintenance of approx. 150 existing steel casement windows, with repair of approx. 20 units. Restoration and repair of approx. 35 m² walkable grating floors as ceiling constructions, manufacturing of a walkable grating level in a ventilation shaft, and shaft covers for 4 lifting system pits from 0.8 to 3.65 m². Adaptation of existing railings on 24 box balustrades, 18 box staircases, and 12 bow railings in the opera hall, as well as manufacturing of 23 m of balustrade and ramp railings. Manufacturing and installation of impact protection grilles, composed of 4-5 individual elements, in front of 19 vertically mounted radiators up to a height of 6.50 m above finished floor level. Various metal construction and locksmith works such as manufacturing and installation of consoles, shower curtain rods, fall protection for windows. Installation of 133 prefabricated transparent plexiglass balustrade elements into shortened and revised box balustrades in the opera hall.
