Delivery of security cylinders and keys and expansion of existing locking systems: Framework agreement for properties managed by Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH (BIM), including cultural objects, Berlin Fire Department and Police locations, refugee accommodations, courts, schools, and tax offices. The contract covers brands such as IKON, DOM, BKS, CES, BAB-IKON, EVVA, WINKHAUS, ASSA-RUKO, BUGA, KABA/GEGE. Orders are placed via the web-based FM-Portal or special paper order forms; no claim to minimum turnover. Delivery to designated points with professional packaging and current locking plan. Reaction time for manufacturer order 1 working day. Security cards are entrusted for safekeeping and must be stored in fire and theft-protected containers; liability rests with the contractor. Personnel must be available for reliability and security checks, including submission of a police clearance certificate (not older than 6 months) within 4 weeks of commissioning; checks are free for the client, completion within 20 working days. Bids not allowing security checks will be excluded; further items as per the tender documents.
