Turnkey Modernization of Transformer Stations and Electricity Network: Design, Supply, and Execution

Turnkey modernization of transformer stations managed by Delgaz Grid: elaboration of technical documentation (PTh+CS+DTAC+DDE), supply of products (excluding meters, which will be provided by Delgaz Grid), execution of works, and preparation of As-Built documentation. A site visit is required to verify data from SF No. 182/2024 and propose an optimal technical solution. The contractor is responsible for obtaining/renewing all necessary permits, including construction permits, topographical surveys, technical expertise, urbanism certificates, approvals, and agreements. Works include the design of new medium voltage installations, modernization of transformer stations and MT/JT distribution networks, installation of SMART meters, improvement of earthing systems at existing transformer stations (Rd≤1 Ω), creation of polygonal earthing systems at new transformer stations (Rd≤1 Ω) and at medium voltage poles with new equipment, and labeling of all electrical installations according to IP-SSM 33 DELGAZ GRID. Equipment and materials must comply with guidelines and technical specifications. Training for the client's personnel in engineering, operation, maintenance, and development of the supplied equipment, including theoretical and practical components, is also part of the contract.
