Design and execution of a high-efficiency CHP unit in CTE Grozăvești: Design, execution, testing, supply, installation, commissioning, trial operation, acceptance tests, and training. The contract duration is 72 months, of which 36 months are for design, execution, and commissioning, no later than 31.12.2030. The warranty period is 24 months for equipment and technological installations from commissioning acceptance, and 36 months for constructions and related installations from works completion acceptance. The design and execution period includes: 3 months for technical documentation for construction and demolition authorization (DTAC, DTAD); the technical execution project will be delivered in stages within a maximum of 6 months; 30 months for works execution and commissioning. The project implementation deadline is 31.12.2030. Diverse and unforeseen expenses are not included.
