Snow Removal and De-icing for Sidewalks, Bike Paths, and Stops in Debrecen

Snow removal and de-icing using manual labor and small machines for specific sidewalks, bike paths, and public transport stops owned and managed by the Municipality of Debrecen. The contractor must provide 24-hour on-call duty annually between November 15 and April 15 and is entitled to an availability fee based on the offered unit price. Works are performed independently according to a schedule to be prepared by the contractor and approved by the client, but under the order, control, and guidance of the client's representative within the city's administrative boundaries. Estimated quantities include: sidewalks and pedestrian crossings 102,820 m², public transport stops 659 units (average 27 m²/unit) totaling 17,793 m², bike paths 139,903 m². The total area is 260,516 m². The contractual framework amount is net 338,582,677 HUF. The contract is a unit price contract. Work orders are placed by the client via order forms within the available framework amount. The framework amount can be increased by a maximum of 50% if the client provides the necessary funding.
