Issuance of identification cards to each eligible student for transport from home to school, valid for the school year or contract duration. Use of high-quality buses (meeting NN 133/25 standards) or M1 category passenger vehicles with 7+1 or 8+1 capacity (meeting applicable regulations for public road transport), all as per the bill of quantities. In case of vehicle breakdown, a suitable replacement vehicle must be provided promptly. Changes to vehicles used must be communicated to the contracting authority, and new vehicles must meet all tender requirements. Transport must be organized so that students do not wait at school for more than 30 minutes before/after class start/end. If schools change class times, the service provider is obliged to adjust the schedule according to the agreed number of trips.
