·SuhlThe subject of the tender is the ventilation installation for the conversion, modernisation and energy-efficient refurbishment of the Ottilienbad in Suhl. The measure includes the dismantling of old systems and the new installation of a total of five central air handling units with heat recovery for the swimming pool area, sauna area, changing room area and technical room. The main quantities include two swimming pool air handling units with an air volume flow of 25,000 m³/h each, as well as extensive insulation work on the ventilation ducts. The ventilation installation trade dominates the entire award.
