New Generation Sequencing Platform for Human Genome Analysis (Hardware)

Delivery and installation of hardware for genome analysis: 1 pc new, unused, unrefurbished, fully functional DNA sequencing instrument, 1 pc new, unused, unrefurbished, fully functional DNA fragmentation instrument, and 3 pcs new, unused, unrefurbished, fully functional servers (computing stations). The sequencing instrument is based on massively parallel long-read DNA sequencing technology, suitable for research, diagnosis, and treatment of rare diseases within the European Reference Networks for Rare Diseases and ERDERA.org. The DNA fragmentation instrument provides controlled DNA fragmentation for sample sizes of at least 5 to 100 kb at a speed of at least 90 samples per 120 minutes. The 3 servers are for raw data processing, storage and backup of sequencing results and data analysis, and as a computational and bioinformatics analysis workstation, optimized for cooperation with the aforementioned instruments, all as per the tender documents.
