LPID Solution and Related Services The Patent and Registration Office (hereafter "PRH") is procuring a robust and secure infrastructure for the management of Legal Person Identification Data (LPID) within the Finnish national identity ecosystem. To ensure the integrity, traceability, and regulatory compliance of these identifiers, the Client requires specialized software components, tools, and processes that enable efficient LPID lifecycle management. It should be noted that PRH will not be responsible for the technical implementation or deployment of the EUDI Business Wallet. The responsibility for bringing these business wallets to the market lies with private-sector providers and service implementers, whose involvement is essential to ensure the availability and scalability of the ecosystem. Solution provided by this procurement process should not prevent any EUDI legal person wallet provider from offering their wallet service in cooperation with the LPID service of PRH. An LPID provided by PRH will be required in an EUDI Business Wallet to qualify it as a part of the EUDI trust network. The objective of this procurement is to acquire a comprehensive, end-to-end solution for LPID Lifecycle Management. The scope of the procurement is described in more detail in the Annexes, particularly in Annex 1 Subject Matter. The contracting authority will select one (1) tenderer.,

e-Forms 2023 / EU / HUS 245-2026 Tutkapohjainen etähavainnointijärjestelmä sekä siihen liittyvät palvelut HUS pyytää tarjoustanne tutkapohjaisesta etähavainnointijärjestelmästä sekä siihen liittyvistä palveluista ennalta määriteltyjen potilastapahtumien ja potilaan tilan muutoksien seurantaan. Hankittavaan ohjelmistopalveluun voi sisältyä muun muassa laitteita, ohjelmistoja, tietoliikenneratkaisuja, taustajärjestelmiä, käyttöliittymiä, rajapintoja, hälytystoiminnallisuuksia, raportointiominaisuuksia sekä ylläpitoon ja käyttöön liittyviä palveluita. Tavoitteena on mahdollistaa potilastilojen ja niissä liikkuvien potilaiden havainnointi tutkateknologiaan perustuen ja kyetä tuottamaan havaintoja tai tulkintoja huoneen tapahtumista ja välittämään tieto käyttäjille hallitulla tavalla. Ohjelmistopalvelun sisältämiä toiminnallisuuksia ja ohjelmistopalveluun liittyviä vaatimuksia on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteissä. Tarjouspyynnön liitteenä on myös hankinnasta tehtävän sopimuksen luonnos ja hintalomake, jonka perusteella suoritetaan kilpailutuksen hintavertailu. Hinnoittelun perustuu asennettaviin kohteisiin, joita voi olla hintalomakkeella mainitut yhden henkilön (1 hh) - neljän henkilön (4 hh) huoneet. Hinnoitteluun on varattu myös asennus- ja asiantuntijatyötä varten omat hintarivit. Hankintaan osallistuu HUSin lisäksi Helsingin kaupunki. Molemmat hankintayksiköt tekevät oman, erillisen sopimuksen, joissa sopimuskohtaisesti on huomioitu hankintayksikön tietoturvaliitteet.,
