Service support for Palo Alto devices. The full scope of services and requirements is detailed in Part II OPIW; a summary is available at the time of tender announcement. Bidders must submit confidentiality declarations with their application for participation. Confidential parts include Part II OPIW (description of the subject matter) and Part IV OPIW (draft contract provisions). Qualified bidders invited to negotiations will receive the full description and draft contract provisions. Partial bids and variant bids are not permitted. There is no mandatory requirement for the contractor to personally perform key tasks. The procedure is a sectoral negotiation with prior publication; conditions will be negotiated with qualified bidders in stage II, without altering the subject matter of the contract.
