The services must not include ICT products, services, or processes identified in recommendations as having a negative impact on national security or those from high-risk suppliers, as per the Cybersecurity Act of 5 July 2018. The service location is the Thermal Waste Treatment Plant in Krakow, ul. Jerzego Giedroycia 23; some services can be performed remotely via VPN.
