Service support for LAN/WAN network devices: technical support for devices of PSE S.A. The procurement is conducted via sectoral negotiations with announcement. Bidders must demonstrate authorized partner status ("Preferred Services Partner") for Cisco devices. ICT products, services, and processes used for contract execution must not include components from providers identified as high-risk by the government. Partial offers and variant offers are not permitted. Personal performance of key tasks by the contractor is not required. Confidential information, specifically the service description (Part II OPIW) and draft contract provisions (Part IV OPIW), will be provided to bidders invited to negotiations after signing a confidentiality declaration.
