Rental of modular container spaces: Provision and furnishing of educational facilities for the relocation of students from schools undergoing consolidation, rehabilitation, and modernization in Sector 1 of Bucharest. The modular constructions will be placed on available land within the educational units administered by Sector 1 of Bucharest. Estimated quantities for the framework agreement: Smallest sub-contract comprises 48 container modules, technical documentation, placement, and installation; largest sub-contract comprises 130 container modules, technical documentation, placement, and installation. Minimum framework agreement quantity: 178 container modules; maximum framework agreement quantity: 966 container modules. Estimated total value of the framework agreement: 26,254,182.87 Lei without VAT. Minimum value of the framework agreement: 4,843,608.21 Lei without VAT. Estimated value of the smallest sub-contract: 1,320,484.86 Lei without VAT. Estimated value of the largest sub-contract: 3,523,123.35 Lei without VAT. Approximately 3 sub-contracts per year are expected to be awarded.
