Preparation of technical-economic documentation for the implementation of investment projects by the Municipality of Craiova, which may include one or more of the following objectives, depending on the contracting authority's needs: 1) New construction for educational facilities (kindergartens, nurseries, primary schools/after-school programs, high schools, universities, school sports halls, buildings for sports activities, dormitories, canteens, administrative buildings, school libraries, school laboratories, school workshops, and other similar facilities); 2) New construction for housing (social housing, residential buildings, and other similar facilities); 3) New construction for cultural activities (cinemas, performance halls/theaters, grandstands, and other similar facilities); 4) New construction for cultural activities (museums, exhibition pavilions, archives, public libraries, clubs, and other similar facilities); 5) New construction for sports activities (sports halls/multi-purpose halls, multi-functional stadiums, velodromes, swimming pools, ice rinks, and other similar facilities); 6) New construction for commercial purposes (shops, markets, sales halls, fairs, and other similar facilities); 7) New construction for transport (train stations, bus stations, multimodal stations, above-ground parking, public transport stops, and other similar facilities); 8) New underground construction for transport (underground train stations, underground bus stations/multimodal stations, underground parking, underground public transport stops, and other similar facilities); 9) New industrial construction (industrial halls, warehouses, workshops, hangars, heating plants, and other similar facilities); 10) New construction for advertising, event decorations, artistic design; 11) Rehabilitation, modernization, consolidation, hydraulic arrangements (bank protection, riverbed regulation, and other similar measures); 12) Demolition of existing structures (buildings, fences, atypical structures, and other similar measures); 13) Rehabilitation, modernization, consolidation, existing structures and ISU authorization for educational facilities (kindergartens, nurseries, primary schools/after-school programs, high schools, universities, school sports halls, buildings for sports activities, dormitories, canteens, administrative buildings, school libraries, school laboratories, school workshops, and other similar facilities); 14) Rehabilitation, modernization, consolidation, existing structures for housing (social housing, residential buildings, and other similar facilities); 15) Rehabilitation, modernization, consolidation, existing structures and ISU authorization for cultural activities (cinemas, performance halls/theaters, grandstands, and other similar facilities); 16) Rehabilitation, modernization, consolidation, existing structures and ISU authorization for cultural activities (museums, exhibition pavilions, archives, public libraries, clubs, and other similar facilities); 17) Rehabilitation, modernization, consolidation, existing structures and ISU authorization for sports activities (sports halls/multi-purpose halls, multi-functional stadiums, velodromes, swimming pools, ice rinks, and other similar facilities); 18) Rehabilitation, modernization, consolidation, existing structures and ISU authorization for commercial purposes (shops, markets, sales halls, fairs, and other similar facilities); 19) Rehabilitation, modernization, consolidation, existing structures and ISU authorization for transport (train stations, bus stations, multimodal stations, above-ground parking, public transport stops, and other similar facilities); 20) Rehabilitation, modernization, consolidation, existing structures and ISU authorization for underground transport (underground bus stations/multimodal stations, underground parking, and other similar facilities); 21) Rehabilitation, modernization, consolidation, existing structures and ISU authorization for industrial facilities (industrial halls, warehouses, workshops, hangars, heating plants, and other similar facilities); 22) Rehabilitation, modernization, consolidation, hydraulic arrangements (bank protection, riverbed regulation, and other similar measures).
