Construction supervision for the modernization of DN71 Baldana – Targoviste – Sinaia: Monitoring of the design and execution phases, as well as the warranty period, for the widening to 4 lanes from km 0+000 to km 44+130 and the two-lane expansion from km 51+041 to km 109+905. The contract ensures compliance with contractual obligations regarding duration, quantity, quality, and costs. Potential contract modifications and extensions of the service period are possible under specific conditions according to Art. 221 of Law 98/2016 and Art. 24 of the Service Contract, for instance, due to changes in contracting parties, additional studies, legislative adjustments, personnel changes, resource reallocation, or project delays.
