Safety and Health Coordination (SiGeKo) for Construction Project
Safety and Health Coordination (SiGeKo) services: according to AHO Booklet No. 15, services under the Construction Site Ordinance, 3rd edition, as of June 2022. Includes standard services, standard services as needed, and optional services, detailed in the service description (A.4). The construction project will be realized through individual trade awards, divided into specialized and partial lots. A project manager, building planner, and technical building equipment planner have already been commissioned; structural and fire protection planners are currently being tendered; landscape planning services will follow in 2026.
