Safety and Sand Artificial Turf for Rusthollarinpuisto

Construction of safety and sand artificial turf in Rusthollarinpuisto, Puotila, Vartiokylä (45): Installation of a safety base (approx. 85 m²) and sand artificial turf (approx. 640 m²) as a fixed-price total contract. The client is responsible for demolition, excavation, and rough sub-base preparation. The contractor's work includes the finishing leveling of the existing sub-base by 20 mm. The scope covers the installation of safety and sand artificial turf according to work description VIO 6650. Materials must not contain harmful substances or PAH compounds exceeding guideline values. The thickness of the safety base is determined by the highest fall height of the play equipment; the elastic layer's elasticity must be dimensioned 20% above the manufacturer's specification. An approved HIC field test report and CE markings/Declarations of Performance (DoP) for materials are required. All materials procured by the contractor require client approval.
