Security services for persons and property and operation of technical security systems in buildings and adjacent areas of the ZUS branch in Częstochowa (ul. Dąbrowskiego 43/45) and ZUS field units in Kłobuck (ul. Targowej 3a), Lubliniec (ul. Oleskiej 26), Myszków (ul. Sikorskiego 57), and Koniecpol (ul. Rynek 1): direct physical security, monitoring using electronic devices and alarm systems, deployment of intervention groups, opening and closing of objects. The contractor must personally perform direct, permanent physical security, excluding monitoring of electronic alarm systems and intervention groups. Option to increase working hours by a maximum of 840 h for alarm level introductions and by a maximum of 1,464 h for special needs (e.g., cleaning, repairs, system failures, customer service outside business hours).
