Security services for a property of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) in Lower Saxony: Protection of the property and ensuring the security needs of the staff. This includes an administrative organizational manager (site management) with single occupancy, reachable by phone Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays, Dec 24, Dec 31 of each year) from 08:00 to 16:00; shift management with single occupancy Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays, Dec 24, Dec 31 of each year) from 06:00 to 20:00. On-site stationary security service Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays, Dec 24, Dec 31 of each year) with single occupancy from 06:00 to 08:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00, and with triple occupancy from 08:00 to 16:30. Mobile security service (patrol service) with single occupancy on weekends and public holidays (incl. Dec 24, Dec 31 of each year) with one patrol during the day (approx. 60 min duration). Alarm service and emergency call and service control center (NSL) for intruder alarm systems (EMA), fire alarm systems (BMA), and personal emergency signal systems (PSA) of the deployed staff, connection to a certified NSL. Provision of an intervention service Monday to Friday from 20:00 to 06:00, Friday 20:00 continuously until Monday 06:00, and on public holidays (incl. Dec 24, Dec 31 of each year) starting on the last working day at 20:00 and ending on the first working day at 06:00. On-demand services include administrative organizational manager (site management), short-term increased personnel requirements (reception and control service), mobile security service (patrol service), and intervention service.
