Security Services for NSI Kardzhali Properties

Security services for properties of the Territorial Unit of the National Social Security Institute (NSI) Kardzhali: physical protection against unlawful acts, prevention and counteraction of unlawful acts against persons, access control, video surveillance, and alarm services with signal and security systems (SOIS) and panic buttons. The contract duration is 24 months, no later than January 1, 2027. Unarmed physical security for the administrative building of NSI Kardzhali is provided daily on working days from 07:00 to 19:00 by two guards, each working 6 hours daily. A guard post with a control panel, telephone connection, and monitoring system is set up on the ground floor. The administrative building has two entry/exit points (one emergency), three floors, and a total area of 1,062.54 m². On weekends and holidays 24/7, and on working days from 19:00 to 07:00, the building is secured with alarm technology. SOIS services cover seven objects, and panic buttons are planned for five objects (4 IRM and the TP building). In a rented archive storage with a dedicated workspace, located in the "Hlebobroizvodstvo – Kardzhali" Ltd. building, Belomorski Blvd. No. 68, Kardzhali, SOIS monitoring is active on working days from 16:30 to 08:00 the next working day, and 24/7 on weekends and holidays. This archive storage is on the third floor, has one entry/exit point, and a total area of 410 m².
