The alarm reception system enables the client to receive and forward alarms from various safety devices to safety assistants. The alarm reception service will be procured externally until the county plans to operate it in-house by spring 2028. The framework agreement has a fixed term of two years, followed by an indefinite term. The delivery of the alarm reception system and its continuous service contract are indefinite.
