Security services (control and guard services according to DIN 77200) for the Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry of Asklepios Klinik Nord – Ochsenzoll in Hamburg: operation of sluice areas and the entrance/exit of the service yard, general gate services, information requests, personnel control, implementation of visitor regulations, key issuance and management, operation of security systems including fire alarm system and electronic access control, monitoring of the area via video systems and patrol rounds. Four spatially separate, interconnected sluices are to be staffed daily, 365 days a year, in shift operation. Additionally, on-call special guarding and supplementary services are required, particularly security-relevant transports and presentation services, also outside the facility.
