Sewer Cleaning 2027-2030

Sewer cleaning in road tunnels and on open stretches in Hamburg: approx. 15 km of main pipes (DN 100 - DN 800) on open stretches, approx. 18 km of main pipes (DN 150 - DN 600) in tunnels, as well as concrete slot drains P15 SO35, profile ISO 15, NG 300 - NG 500 of the same length, and connection pipes (predominantly DN 100). The slot drains in the tunnel are divided into 50 m sections. Services include cleaning of slot drains, main pipes, transfer shafts, and water collection tanks, as well as opening and closing of shafts and sumps. Upon separate request, optical inventory assessment and digital recording of shaft and pipe data, optical inspection of sewers with digital damage description, recording of damage to shaft systems and house connections, generation of inspection protocols, provision of inspection data in the ISYBAU exchange format, generation of photo and video media, work preparation and updating of documents, and sewer inspection camera examinations in cleared sewers under operating conditions are to be performed. Work is predominantly carried out between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM; lifting gear for manhole covers and sumps must be provided. Registration and deregistration with the Elbtunnel control center is required for tunnel operations. At least one German-speaking employee with local knowledge must be on site, and German-speaking employees are required for secure communication during each operation; further items as per the tender documents.
