Cloudburst Project in Lersøparken

Construction of a cloudburst project in Lersøparken: approx. 95,000 m² area for managing approx. 16,500 m³ of surface water, which is led into the park via HOFOR's pipe solutions. The water is guided through two inlet structures and channels to a wet trickling meadow and a basin with a permanent water level. The inlet structures and channels must be clad with bricks due to protection requirements for the listed Lersøparken. The service includes terrain regulation in areas with varying degrees of soil contamination, including highly contaminated soil, which must be handled and disposed of according to official conditions. Due to geological conditions, groundwater lowering in the upper and deep groundwater reservoir is required. The drainage project involves the installation of pipes from HOFOR's wells to the channels and basin. An existing playground will be relocated, and a new playground (client delivery) will be constructed simultaneously. The construction period is expected to be 3.5 years, starting late 2026. Included are masonry works, grass works, structural works for civil engineering and building, and blacksmith works; further items as per the tender documents.
