Provision of an integral technology platform as Software as a Service (SaaS) for continuous monitoring and efficient management of credit risk for operations throughout their lifecycle: Centralization and automation of monitoring processes, including advanced functionalities for covenant management, administration and valuation of collateral (Collateral Management), and automatic reclassification of financial statements (Auto-Spreading). The platform is intended to improve information quality, operational efficiency, and supervision capacity, provide a consolidated and updated view of credit risk, facilitate early alerts, detect credit deterioration, and continuously analyze client solvency using advanced document processing and machine learning technologies. The procurement is necessary to ensure adequate risk management and compliance with regulatory, prudential, accounting, and supervisory requirements applicable to the ICO.
