Software and Equipment for Fleet and Time Tracking

Delivery of a fleet tracking, fleet planning, and reporting system, as well as a time tracking system as a service. This includes a positioning service for vehicles and work machines, a fleet planning and tracking system, and a time tracking system. The first two components must operate in the same software environment. Equipment delivery must include installation instructions and, if necessary, installation service. Fleet quantities are estimates, and billing is based on actual quantities in use. Estimated quantities for vehicle positioning: approx. 55 passenger cars and vans, approx. 2 trucks, approx. 23 work machines, approx. 25 subcontractor vehicles. For time tracking: approx. 30 users. Time tracking can be decommissioned during the contract period by decision of the contracting authority. Positioning devices for subcontractor vehicles are used annually only during the period from 15.10. to 15.4.
