Social services for homeless adults: Assistance and support for a maximum of 20 homeless adults in a night shelter, for a fixed term and based on individual needs assessment, aimed at overcoming difficulties and preventing institutionalization. The organizational structure, number of positions, and staff categories must be approved according to the decisions of the private social service provider's management bodies, in line with HG 867/2015 and Ordinul 29/2019 for minimum quality standards for the accreditation of social services for the elderly, homeless, youth leaving child protection, and other adults in difficulty, as well as for community-based, integrated, and social canteen services.
