Catering services for the Naturkita in Oschatz: Provision of lunch (Cook & Freeze or Cook & Chill) and afternoon snack catering for a daycare center with a capacity of 120 children (including 40 crèche children). The catering includes approximately 50 lunches and 40 afternoon snacks monthly, based on an initial occupancy of 35 kindergarten children and 15 crèche children. Lunches are supplemented by fresh, convenience, and vegetarian products (mixed kitchen with on-site preparation), with a preference for raw material preparation and a minimal share of convenience products of levels 4 and 5. Provision of beverages (including water dispensers), cooked tea, milk, and diluted fruit juices. At least 2 menu lines are to be supplied for educators. Children's preferences must be considered in menu planning. Personnel must be provided. The service starts on 01.01.2027 with a duration until 31.12.2028, with options for a maximum contract duration until 31.12.2031.
