Single Molecule Spectrofluorimeter for Jagiellonian University

Delivery of a new single molecule spectrofluorimeter with additional equipment for the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, ul. Gronostajowa 7: Transport, insurance, delivery, introduction, and installation of hardware and software components, commissioning, and execution of SAT tests. This includes training for at least 5 employees over 2 days (8 hours each day) on basic operation, maintenance, and data analysis. The service also comprises the provision of acceptance documentation (acceptance protocol, warranty cards, operating manuals), a minimum 36-month warranty, application support during the warranty period, and a declaration of availability of spare parts and repair materials for at least 5 years from the contract date.
