Single Molecule Spectrofluorimeter for Jagiellonian University

Delivery of a brand new single molecule spectrofluorimeter with additional equipment for the Faculty of Biochemistry, Biophysics and Biotechnology of Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Gronostajowa 7. The scope of services includes transport, insurance, delivery, bringing in, and installation of hardware and software components; on-site training for at least 5 employees over 2 days, 8 hours each day, covering basic operation, maintenance, and data analysis; commissioning and SAT tests; provision of acceptance documentation (acceptance protocol, warranty cards, operating manuals); a warranty of at least 36 months (excluding SPAD and PMA Hybrid detectors, which require a minimum 18-month warranty); application support during the warranty period; and a declaration of availability of service components and repair materials for a minimum of 5 years.
