Specialized Legal Assistance for Drafting an Aviation Law for the Federal Public Service Mobility and Transport

Legal advisory services: Specialized assistance for the Minister of Mobility and the Directorate-General Air Transport of the FPS Mobility and Transport in the coordination, design, and drafting of an air traffic law. The law is to establish basic principles for reconciling air traffic safety and efficiency with legal and constitutional minimum standards for environmental and public health protection, define rules for predictability, transparency, publicity, and justify the balance between conflicting interests (noise pollution, public health, economic activity, employment). This is to be done in accordance with directly applicable international treaties and Belgian jurisprudence. This is a price list contract; variants and options are not permitted.
