Winter maintenance for Dobrich Municipality: Services are performed from November 1st to April 10th, potentially earlier or later depending on weather conditions. The scope includes the municipal street network, municipal roads (as per technical specification), sidewalks, underpasses, overpasses, public transport stops, and other public areas, as well as the removal of icicles from bridge structures. Services comprise preparatory work such as machine and equipment inspections, material provision, transport of containers, and arrangement of inert material piles; snow removal (patrol and periodic) on streets to achieve the required maintenance level, removal of compacted snow-ice layers; spreading of mineral materials and chemical substances; collection and transmission of information on the street network condition; provision of on-call duties outside working hours and on holidays/weekends during the winter period. Snow removal on streets is prioritized, with routes defined by the public transport line scheme and high-traffic streets (as per technical specification). The contract covers two operational winter seasons. An operational winter season is defined as the period from November 1st to April 30th of the following year, with services also performed outside this period if snowfall and icing are confirmed by protocol.
