Services for specialist support, technical assistance, and capacity building for the structures of the Municipality of Taranto, aimed at strengthening municipal technical expertise through structured coaching (learning by doing). This includes specialist support for the planning, management, and reporting of operations to ensure coordinated implementation, complementarity, and non-overlap between operations under PR Puglia 2021-2027 (FESR) and PN JTF 2021-2027 (PT Taranto). It also includes specialist support for activating territorial partnerships and communication, for implementing stable participatory processes, territorial animation, involvement of widespread stakeholders, and developing an integrated communication strategy to enhance the territory's transition process.
