Excavation shoring using in-situ concrete bored pile walls (partially overlapping) with shotcrete infill and re-anchoring with grout anchors, above as soldier pile wall with steel beams and timber infill, excavation depth from -6.50 m (up to -8.80 m at specific points). Site setup area: 1,100 m² gravel sub-base. Bored pile walls: 365 m large bore DN 880 (overlapping), 260 m large bore DN 880 (non-overlapping), 240 m surcharge for rock, bore DN 880, 9.2 t shoring beams as steel beams S235 supply and install, 160 m² timber infill, 115 m² shotcrete infill, 380 m³ in-situ concrete piles DN 880, C35/45, 30 t reinforcing steel piles DN 880. Soldier pile walls: 410 m drilling for beams, 190 m surcharge for rock, beam drilling, 55 t shoring beams S235 supply and install, 540 m² timber infill supply and install. Grout anchors: 98 units grout anchors, set drilling point, 1,820 m grout anchors production (Ad < 400 kN to 850 kN), 1,450 m surcharge grout anchors rock. Excavation works: 2,630 m² excavation, homogeneous area A (natural and artificial backfills), 2,250 m² excavation, homogeneous area B (weathered rock, loose rock), 2,280 m² excavation, homogeneous area C (rock silt and sandstones, conglomerates). Demolition of surface pavements and deep demolition, disposal: 340 m² demolition of asphalt layers, 30 m³ deep demolition (district heating structure, channels, shafts, etc.), 6,670 t disposal of excavation material and construction debris.
