Maintenance of Split and VRV-VRF Air Conditioning Systems: seasonal (spring and autumn) maintenance, leak testing, and occasional repairs of split air conditioning units and VRV-VRF (GMV) systems at PTE sites, contract duration 36 months or until the framework amount is exhausted. The estimated total framework amount is net 13,120,000 HUF, of which net 9,184,000 HUF are subject to a call-off obligation. Estimated quantities for the entire contract duration: 376 split air conditioning units, 23 VRF indoor units, 5 VRF outdoor units, 1 cold room/refrigeration chamber/exit cooler. The tender is divided into 6 lots; detailed quantities and framework amounts are specified in the respective lot descriptions.
