Language Support for Activities Related to the Ukraine Conflict

Language support: oral transfer of spoken messages between Dutch-Ukrainian, Ukrainian-Dutch, English-Ukrainian, and Ukrainian-English. This support is for activities arising from the conflict in Ukraine, serving the Operational Tokinzet (OTI). Distinction is made between physical on-site language support without overnight stay, non-physical remote language support via telephone/data lines or video connection, combined language support (on-site without overnight stay and remote), and project language support over multiple calendar days with mandatory overnight stay and full-day availability (both physical and remote). Excluded are language support in other language combinations and interpreting services such as interrogation, interception, simultaneous/conference, sign language, whispered, written, and sight interpreting, as well as written translations.
