Structural Engineering for Multi-Storey Car Park in Bünde Station Area

Structural engineering for the construction of a multi-storey car park with approximately 310 parking spaces on the existing P+R parking facility "Zum Stellwerk" in Bünde, as part of the redesign of the station area. Services include basic services for work phases 1 to 6 according to § 51 para. 1 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14.1 HOAI, with the preparation of formwork plans in work phase 5 being excluded. Additionally, special services and supplementary services are to be provided as per the tender documents. Commissioning will be phased. Fees will be agreed upon based on contractual regulations and, subordinately, on the HOAI 2021, with a specified fee zone III and basic fee rate. Expected costs for cost group 300 are EUR 6,496,167.73 net and for cost group 400 EUR 658,202.02 net, with eligible costs for structural engineering amounting to EUR 3,638,712.45 net.
