Site Development and New Construction for the Austrian Health Insurance Fund at Wienerberg
Site development at Wienerberg: Temporary relocation of the health center Wienerbergstraße 13 (Lot 1) until approximately 2029, followed by the demolition of the existing building. From 2030, a new building complex will be constructed by a cooperation partner, parallel to the subway construction, including an integrated U2 station and underground parking. The new building will combine a health center, customer center, and administration offices; commissioning is expected in 2034. The property Wienerbergstraße 15-19 (Lot 2) will be utilized by a cooperation partner, with ownership preferably remaining with the ÖGK.
