Strong and weak current installations for the general renovation of KITA Friedrichstraße 34a: Renewal of the fire alarm system, safety lighting system, and general lighting. The fire alarm system includes the dismantling and disposal of an existing system (1 unit) with smoke detectors, manual call points, sirens, couplers, and fire alarm cables, as well as the new installation of a fire alarm control panel (1 unit) with accessories and E30 enclosure, a fire department key deposit column (1 unit) with FSK, FSE, BL, a FIBS (1 unit) fire information and control system with route map box, 11 manual call points (HAUSALARM), approx. 40 automatic detectors including bases and sirens, approx. 550 linear meters of fire alarm cable, and approx. 500 linear meters of installation duct. The safety lighting system involves the dismantling and disposal of an existing system (1 unit) including cables, the new installation of two safety lighting devices (1 unit with 6 final circuits, 1 unit with 2 final circuits), approx. 70 safety and pictogram luminaires, approx. 750 linear meters of power cable, and approx. 470 linear meters of cable routing duct. The renewal of general lighting includes the dismantling and disposal of approx. 102 existing luminaires and the supply and installation of approx. 107 new LED luminaires. The execution period is from November 30, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Alternative bids are not permitted, multiple main bids are allowed. The award criterion is the lowest price. Eligibility evidence includes pre-qualification or a self-declaration of suitability with details on turnover for the last three financial years, at least 3 references from the last 5 calendar years, average annual number of employees for the last 3 calendar years, registration with the Chamber of Crafts or Industry and Commerce, commercial register, declarations regarding duties and contributions, accident insurance, collective social security fund, exemption certificate according to § 48 EStG, insolvency proceedings, liquidation, and serious misconduct according to § 6a paragraph 2 number 7 VOB/A, as well as the indication of planned subcontracts.
