Road, Pavement, Bus Stop, Combined Sewer and Drinking Water Pipeline Construction for K 227 Kleintreben - Pahna

Renewal of district road K 227 Kleintreben - Pahna, 1st construction phase from Kleintreben to the junction Fabrikstraße, as a joint measure: site setup, construction site ordinance/SIGE coordination, traffic safety and diversion. Road construction includes the breaking up of 3,500 m² asphalt and 150 m² concrete block paving, removal of 225 m concrete curbs and 95 m concrete strip road demarcation, 630 m³ topsoil removal, 185 m³ topsoil application, 4,150 m³ excavation, installation of 550 m seepage pipe TS DN 100 and 200 m seepage pipe VS DN 200, 145 m connection pipes d 160, 6 precast concrete manholes DU 600, 15 inspection manholes DN 400, 35 road drains, construction of 265 m swales, 680 m³ subgrade improvement, 1,510 m³ unbound base layers, 4,250 m² asphalt base course, 735 t asphalt base course for profile leveling, 5,500 m² asphalt wearing course, 650 m² shoulder, 570 m natural stone curb, 100 m² natural stone small paving, 130 m concrete precast angle retaining wall, as well as marking and signage. Pavement construction includes the removal of 155 m concrete curbs, 65 m³ topsoil removal, 20 m³ topsoil application, 265 m³ excavation, 200 m³ unbound base layers, 370 m² concrete paving, 35 m² tactile paving and guiding plates, 450 m natural stone curb, 390 m deep concrete curb, and 35 m³ earthworks for street lighting. Bus stop construction comprises 70 m bus stop curbs including ramp and transition stones, 85 m deep concrete curb, 180 m² concrete paving, and 54 m² tactile paving and guiding plates. Combined sewer construction including road construction involves the supply and laying of 410 m combined sewer DN 250 PP-ML, 85 m combined sewer DN 400 PP-ML, and 68 m combined sewer DN 160 PP-ML, the supply and installation of 17 precast concrete manholes DN 1000 and 4 PE manholes DN 400, connection to existing sewer, dismantling of combined sewer and manholes, earthworks, and restoration of traffic areas. Combined sewer house connections include 28 combined sewer house connections DN 150. Drinking water pipeline construction including road construction involves 270 m horizontal directional drilling for media pipe PE-HD 180 x 16.4, PE 100, SDR 11, the supply and laying of 270 m drinking water pipeline PE-HD 180 x 16.4, 150 m drinking water pipeline PE-HD 110 x 10, 440 m drinking water pipeline pressure pipe PE 100 made of PE-HD 180 x 16.4, 85 m drinking water pipeline pressure pipe PE 100 made of PE-HD 125 x 11.4, 16 m drinking water pipeline pressure pipe PE 100 made of PE-HD 90 x 8.2, and 75 m drinking water pipeline pressure pipe PE 100 made of PE-HD 63 x 5.8, 17 house connections PE-HD 40 x 3.7 (new construction or reconnection), 17 valve tapping saddles, earthworks, and restoration of traffic areas.
