Road and sewerage works in Rijbekestraat and Drapstraat: Construction of a separate system and disconnection of upstream separate rainwater drainage (RWA) systems. This includes preparatory demolition of existing pavements and sewerage with connections, construction of semi-separated sewerage with house connections and street gullies (pipes di 250: 83 m, di 400: 220 m, di 500: 87 m, di 600: 280 m, di 800: 137 m, di 1000: 80 m, di 1200: 162 m, di 1400: 113 m, di 1600: 206 m; box culverts 2000x1000: 49 m), construction of overflows and cross structures, and construction of roadways with concrete pavers on draining lean concrete foundation and permeable sub-foundation, as well as with K.W.S. (asphalt concrete) on crushed stone foundation and sub-foundation. Also included are the construction of sidewalks with concrete pavers on lean concrete foundation, bicycle paths in cement concrete on crushed stone foundation, road gutters, edge strips, and curbs, the realization of drainage ditches, green plantings and street furniture, equipment with markings and signage, and the repair of various pavements. Contractor tasks according to KB of 25/01/01 regarding temporary and mobile construction sites and the project safety and health plan are also part of the scope.
