Road construction and utility laying for Schloßstraße Part 2 in Rodewisch: approx. 1,800 m³ earthworks, approx. 21 units of street inlets to be removed and installed, approx. 2,290 m³ frost protection to be installed, approx. 3,760 m² asphalt layers in carriageway and sidewalks, approx. 195 m² drainage concrete base layer to be installed, approx. 930 m² concrete paving, approx. 400 m² natural stone paving, approx. 800 m granite curb, approx. 690 m concrete curb, approx. 820 m cable trench for street lighting, approx. 22 units of mast foundations. Additionally, work on the drinking water pipeline includes approx. 600 m³ pipe trench, approx. 475 m backfill material, approx. 140 m PE 100-RC d 63 pipe, approx. 160 m PE 100-RC d 90 pipe, and approx. 175 m PE 100-RC d 125 pipe in open trench construction. For the electricity supply, approx. 250 m of trench are to be excavated, 17 units of low-voltage joint pits, 33 units of medium-voltage joint pits, 250 m of PE protective pipe to be installed/sealed in the trench, and approx. 300 m of cable sanding to be performed. For the gas supply, approx. 110 m of supply line d180/d32/DN100 and 3 units of house connections are to be realized. Planning services for gabion wall and sheet pile shoring are also required. The execution period is from 12.10.2026 to 29.10.2027, with 2026 only marking the start of construction phase 1. Alternative bids are permitted, but multiple main bids are not. The deadline for offers is 26.08.2026 at 10:00 AM, with a binding period until 09.10.2026. Securities of 5% of the contract sum for performance and 3% of the gross invoice sum for warranty over 5 years are required. For work on the drinking water pipeline network, qualification according to DVGW GW 301 W3 pe, ge, st, pvc is necessary. For drainage channels and pipes, quality assurance according to RAL-GZ 961, groups AK3 and S51, must be demonstrated. Further evidence of suitability according to § 6a para. 2, numbers 1-9 VOB/A is required, including proof of the contract value performed by the bidder's own company (min. 50%) and the designation of a landfill for excess soil masses.
