Road construction for the relocation of Road I/45, 1st stage

Road construction for the 1st stage of the relocation of Road I/45: Construction of a Class I road with a length of approx. 5.0 km in category S 11.5/90, connected at both ends to the existing Road I/45. The relocation between Nové Heřminovy and Zátor is a necessary investment due to flood protection measures on the Upper Opava and the Nové Heřminovy Waterworks, as the existing road will be interrupted and located in the flood zone. Road I/45 must be moved above the flood level of the Nové Heřminovy reservoir. The works include a roundabout in Nové Heřminovy (connecting Road III/4581 towards Milotice and local roads), a level crossing with Road III/4583 (towards Čaková), a roundabout in Loučky u Zátoru (connecting the existing Road I/45 and local roads), and a roundabout in Zátor (connecting Road III/4585 towards Brantice or III/45910 towards Lichnov and local roads). Furthermore, several bridge structures, retaining walls in deep cuts and along the right-bank service road, and noise protection measures in residential areas will be built. Adjustments and connections of lower-class roads affected by the construction are also included. The execution will be according to the project documentation prepared by the consortium "Morava – RD PP pro střední zakázky BIM 2020", leading partner SHB a.s.
