Road Renovation for Saukonniementie in Pinkjärvi Nature Reserve

Basic renovation of Saukonniementie in Pinkjärvi Nature Reserve: approx. 5.15 km road length, of which 1.373 km is paved road; grading width 4.5–5 m. The service includes the renovation of four small parking areas. The majority of the work (except for approx. 0.852 m) takes place within a Natura 2000 area, for which a permit from LVV is available. The procurement is divided into two lots: 1. Excavation works as a lump-sum contract and 2. Crushed aggregate deliveries as a unit-price contract. Lot 1 includes the renovation of side ditches, shaping of the road body to a specified width, removal of field stones, removal of high edge embankments (excavated material to be minimized and landscaped, wood material to be placed as deadwood), installation of a culvert (position marked on work area map), and superstructure works. Lot 2 includes the transport and spreading of crushed aggregates according to plans and orders. Bidders may bid on one or both lots. Lot 1 is a lump-sum contract subject to the general contract terms YSE 1998 (RT 16–10660), with the contractor acting as the main contractor. Contract period: 01.10.2026 – 31.03.2027.
