Successive delivery of computer equipment for UMP units: including transport, unloading, and carrying into the units. The contracting authority guarantees an order value of at least 30% of the contract value. The offered services, including all ICT products, ICT services, and ICT processes, must not include ICT products, services, or processes identified in recommendations as having a negative impact on national security interests (pursuant to Art. 33 para. 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System), nor ICT products or services/processes from suppliers designated as high-risk (pursuant to Art. 67b para. 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System).
