Summa System

Summa system: Functionalities, implementation, integrations into existing IT systems and interfaces, maintenance and support services, and further development of the solution during the contract period. The system processes summary civil cases, which are undisputed matters resolved by district courts in written procedure, including rent arrears, consumer loans, phone and electricity bills, and eviction or possession recovery matters. Currently, summary summons applications are processed in nine district courts. The goal is a modern, unified solution for fast and reliable processing of continuously growing application volumes. Data processed in the system is in structured format for easier retrieval within the system or via interfaces. A future objective is to increase automation in debt collection case processing. Requirements are detailed in the tender documents. The initial delivery project excludes the decommissioning of existing systems and their data migrations. The client may order data migration work separately during the contract period.
